Motivated by Delaunay’s focus on primary colors and circular form within her piece Disque, this piece serves to further explore spatial movement and depth. Much of Delaunay’s work is centered around the fluidity and motion that is associated with the form of a circle, while almost always consistent in the use of primary colors.
